The C Block is Merino Inn’s most luxurious block of hotel rooms. This block is the nearest to the N1 highway and at the bottom end of Merino Inn's fabulous gardens. 

All 16 very spacious rooms are equipped with two full size double beds.  Each room has its own full bathroom with a separate shower and bath. In addition an extra basin is in the entrance portal of each room.

A huge study desk provides enough space for business people to prepare for the next morning’s deal in Colesberg and beyond.

The big TV has 9 channels including the most famous sport channels, M-Net and the SABC channels.

Secure under-cover parking is available at the back door of each room.  The back door faces  Colesberg and the beautiful surroundings.  The front door leads to a stoep that give axcess to the magnificent gardens and swimming pool, a necessity for the simmering hot summers. The pool and gardens are perhaps the best known character of The Merino Inn Hotel.

Birdlife in the gardens is prolific. The variety in the Karoo and Colesberg is perhaps not on par with the more tropical regions of South Africa, but you will most likely spot a few species in the gardens which you will not find in areas with high rainfall.
